Across the parking lot is Kiwi Encounter - see kiwi birds. But no cameras allowed inside :-( Kiwi's in the wild are an endangered species - dogs, stouts, feral cats, etc are killing them at a rapid pace. There are 4 species of Kiwi bird and 2 sub-species, some species have only a couple hundred birds remaining.   (60/61)
